Penguin book jacket for the Ken Kasey classic ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest’. Geometric shapes that fit together were used to create the idea of conformity. From these shapes I created the illusion that parts of the shapes had broken off and were falling away, breaking the rules. This therefore communicates the idea of non-conformity.
